MISSIONS WEEK OCTOBER 2-9, 2022
We are excited about Missions Week! Every year we get the chance to team with several churches in our region as we focus our support on specific missions around the world. After an extended pandemic shutdown that affected literally the entire planet, we see this as an important time to press forward and seize opportunities to take the gospel of Jesus to the ends of the earth.
The theme for this year’s Missions Week is HE IS WORTHY. This is based on Revelation 5:9 – “You are worthy…because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation.”
We have an outstanding team of five global mission workers, representing: Vanuatu, Peru, Zambia, Eugene, and the Buddhist and Hindu world. The type of ministries in which they are engaged is very diverse. Missions Week ’22 will be life-changing for every person who attends our gatherings and small groups.
We appreciate you asking the Lord to clearly speak to your heart about what He would have you give in our special Missions Week offerings. You can give at our church services during Missions Week or click the button below to give at any time.
There is no greater privilege than to participate in the mission of God, and to invest in the work He is doing. How wonderful it is to know that we have a small part in populating heaven. Together, we can look forward to the day when we will gather around the throne with people from “every tribe and language and people and nation.” What a day that will be!
